Oregon State Penitentiary

Taken across from Mill Creek. This creek use to run through the prison. They did not have toilets in that prison until the 1950s. They would dump there honey buckets in the creek. that was how they flushed there toilets. The old timers said the stink was bad in the cell blocks back in those days.
